Immortalis Help

Straightforward answers for creating, sharing, and managing a tribute.

What does Essential include?

A memorial and biography, up to 10 photos, tributes, family invitations, sharing, and a printable QR. There is no card, ordinary deadline, or deletion countdown.

What does Premium add?

Up to 100 photos and one family-uploaded video. It is a one-time payment per memorial with no subscription or automatic renewal.

How do I invite family?

Open the memorial as its owner and choose the family invitation action. The invitation links directly to the memorial.

How do contributions work?

Visitors can submit tributes. When pre-approval is enabled, only the owner can approve or reject them before publication.

Public or unlisted?

Public memorials may appear in Immortalis and search engines. Unlisted memorials do not appear there, but anyone with the link can still access them.

How does the QR work?

The owner can download a printable QR that opens the memorial URL. Test printed material before distributing it.

What happens after payment?

After secure provider confirmation, Premium activates automatically on the bound memorial.

What happens after a refund?

Premium is removed and the memorial falls back to Essential. Family content is not automatically deleted; Premium capabilities become unavailable for new use.

Who controls the memorial?

The owner controls editing, moderation, and settings. Ownership transfer, when used, requires a secure link sent to the new owner.

How do I delete a memorial?

The owner can use the edit area. Deletion is permanent; media files may require exceptional cleanup while safe automatic deletion is disabled.

How long is it available?

Essential has no ordinary commercial expiration. This is not a promise that the company exists forever; if the service closes, Immortalis should provide notice and a reasonable way to recover content where possible.

How do I report content?

Send the memorial URL and an objective description to admin@immortalis.com.br. Immediate safety concerns should also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
